Football season is fast approaching and nothing goes better with football than Chips and Beers, except maybe beer, chips, and beer & cheese dip!

Ingredients
  • 1 Lbs Loaf Pumpernickel seeded rye bread
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Cup Beer Don't be a cheap ass!
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • Parsley Garnish
  • Green Onion Garnish
Instructions
  1. Cut out a large howl in the top of the loaf of bread to form a bread bowl, set onto a serving platter.

  2. Cut the bread that was removed from the loaf into small squares, and arrange on platter around the bowl.

  3. Melt the cream cheese in a large sauce pan over medium heat; stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, beer, and garlic salt, stirring continually. Once all the cheese is melted; poor the hot cheese mixture into the bowl.

  4. Garnish with Parsley and Green Onions, serve warm.
